This podcast looks into the history of food and drink culture in Korea. It covers how globalization across Eurasia has developed the culture into what we see today, mainly for soju and distilled alcoholic beverages. Using research and our own experiences as Asian-Americans, we explore the significance of Korean food and drink culture to modern times as it has become popularized to the entire world.
